Standard commercial conditions regulating project bidding, quotation validity, machinery rental, and site access.
All formal quotations issued by Glory International Contracting Co. Ltd. (GICC) remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance unless specified otherwise in writing. Work commences solely upon receipt of an authorized Purchase Order (PO) or signed Master Service Agreement (MSA).
Machinery rental rates cover operational hours as specified in individual lease agreements. Mobilization and demobilization charges, gate passes (Aramco / Royal Commission / SEC), fuel provisioning, and site security clearances shall be defined prior to equipment dispatch.
GICC upholds an uncompromised Stop Work Authority policy. All personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operators retain the absolute right and duty to halt activities if unsafe conditions arise that threaten personnel, machinery, or the environment.
These terms and all contracting engagements are governed by the statutory laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dammam, Eastern Province.
